Tips for Shopping the NSale
The best way to shop the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, in my opinion, is online. The stores are always super crowded because of all the highly sought after discounted styles with a limited number of products available. Online has more stock and no lines! I will be sharing a size guide of most brands and items featured so that will help if you have questions on sizing.
Plus, shipping both ways is free! They will send you a prepaid label to return anything that doesn’t fit or that you end up not liking. Another great option is to place your order online and then use the curbside pick-up the same day at your closest store. So convenient!
The best advice when shopping the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is to shop EARLY because there are so many things that sell out the first day. Some items may be restocked but some of the best ones never do. If you love something, buy it right aware. And if you’re unsure on sizing, order both sizes and return what doesn’t fit.
1. Set A Budget!
Pick a budget/ allowance and stick to it. It is also really easy to get carried away with new items and deals. So sticking to your number is important. We all love a good sale, but don’t break the bank! I promise you debt is NOT worth buying a new pair of jeans or shoes.
2. Pick Brands/Categories
Before the sale starts, decide what you want to shop for. Be sure to follow me HERE on the LTK app, so you can see some of my most recommended items that are worth investing in. It can get a bit overwhelming, so try to come up with some items that you need and stick to that. Do you also need new jeans for fall? Booties? Beauty/Make-Up? Check out the items, make sure these are products you like and would use, and add them to your list!
3. Nordstrom Card
The Nordstrom Credit Card is a “key to access”, the sale is essentially “released” to their card members in a tiered order before the sale goes public. Check out the schedule above to see what I am talking about. Inventory goes fast, so the sooner you have access to the sale, the more likely you will get what you are looking for! So be sure to use a Personal Double Points Day to earn 2X the points on the day that you shop!
4. Download the LTK app
As mentioned above, the preview starts June 29th. Download the LTK app on your phone and follow me HERE. You can save your favorite items to your Nordstrom Wish List so that when the sale starts, you have the items accessible. I HIGHLY recommend shopping on the desktop website, in previous years there have been issues last year with sales and shipping. Desktop has always been a simpler and more effective way of shopping for me.
